What is actually inside a mystery box?
Notebooks, pens, bookmarks, sticky notes, stickers and the small desk pieces that turn a corner of a room into a reading corner. I choose every single one around the color you pick. I do not publish the exact list, because then it stops being a mystery box.
How many things do I get?
That is up to you. The Bookish Mystery Box starts at 12 pieces and goes up to 75. Every size up adds another piece I guarantee will be in there, and the whole ladder is on the product page.
Can I choose the color?
Yes. The Bookish Mystery Box comes in eight shades and you pick one. If you want two, add Make It Two Colors to your order from 40 pieces up and I split the box between them.
Will everything really be in my color?
Everything in the box sits in the palette you picked. Some pieces land on the exact shade, others sit a step to the side of it, and together they read as one color. Nothing repeats either, however big the box gets.
What are the bonus items?
On boxes of 40 pieces and up I add 10 extra pieces, free. They are chosen to go with your color like everything else.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. I ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Prices show in your own currency once you land on the site.
When is shipping free?
Orders over $69 ship free within the United States. Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand each have their own threshold, and the exact figure always shows in your cart before you pay.
Can I return a box?
Because every box is put together individually, all sales are final and I cannot accept returns or exchanges. If a pen will not write, a sticker sheet arrives torn, or anything turns up damaged, send me a photo within 2 business days and I will replace it.
Can I buy a box as a gift?
Most of what I sell gets bought as a gift, so yes. I never put an invoice or a price anywhere inside the parcel.
