Shipping policy

I ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

Timing

Every box is packed by hand, one at a time, so orders take up to 2 weeks to go out. Delivery is another 3 to 7 business days in the United States, and longer for international orders.

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

If something goes wrong

If your box arrives damaged, send me a photo within 2 business days of delivery. If a package stops moving in tracking for more than a week, contact me and I will chase it with the carrier.
