What it costs
United States: $7.99, free over $69.
Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand each have their own rate and their own free shipping threshold. The exact amount always shows in your cart before you pay.
How long it takes
Every box is packed by hand, one at a time, so orders take up to 2 weeks to go out. Delivery is another 3 to 7 business days in the United States, and longer for international orders.
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
If something goes wrong
If your box arrives damaged, send me a photo within 2 business days of delivery and I will make it right. If tracking stops moving for more than a week, write to me and I will chase it with the carrier.
